THREE ES designs and builds plug-and-play high-pressure pumping units with Cat Pumps to cover every application featured on our platform: washing, injection and dosing, descaling and sandblasting, and cutting. In the washing sector, we offer solutions for car wash, industrial vehicle washing, industrial washing, tank, container and pipe cleaning, road and industrial structure cleaning, sandblasting and surface washing, road and urban cleaning, professional underwater cleaning and heat exchanger cleaning. The injection and dosing division includes boiler feeding, CO₂ pumping units, polyurethane injection, reverse osmosis, misting/fog systems, fire applications, machine tools, chemical, pharmaceutical and petroleum processes, jet-grouting/drilling operations and burners’ fuel feed. For descaling and sandblasting we serve steelworks, descaling of road and non-road structures, construction and demolition, and processing of production processes. In the cutting sector, we design units for cutting metals, non-metal materials and food cutting.
Our high-pressure pumps incorporate technologies such as plunger pumps and piston pumps, stainless steel versions, flow-flushed pumps, CO₂ pumps, high-temperature pumps, ATEX pumps, chemical pumps with special materials, direct-drive, belt-drive and gearbox pumps. Units are shipped preassembled, tested and ready for installation, with start-up support and fast global delivery.
